DC3 Development LLC is a veteran-owned general contracting firm based in Kitsap County, WA, proudly serving Kitsap, Jefferson, and Clallam counties—including Bainbridge Island, Poulsbo, Kingston, Port Gamble, Port Townsend, Sequim, Port Ludlow and surrounding areas. Founded in 2023 by Ed Devine, DC3 is built on a foundation of trust, craftsmanship, and personalized service.

We specialize in residential and light commercial construction, offering full design-build services for remodels, additions, and new construction. Our experienced team also provides excavation, septic system installation, permit consulting, and site development services. For smaller jobs and finishing work, DC3 Fix & Finish™ is our dedicated division—delivering professional solutions for repairs, maintenance, and punch lists with the same attention to detail that defines every DC3 project.
